The complex encompasses 278 units across three brick high-rise buildings, bounded by New Main, Brook and School Streets in Nodine Hill, near the downtown area. The nearly 900 residents will remain in place during renovations, which will require that View 360 use precise processes to ensure the safety and comfort of residents during renovations.

Domino Sugar Factory

Brooklyn, NY

View 360 subcontracted with leading New York City real estate developer Two Trees to stabilize the interior side of the existing brick shell during interior demolition of the long abandoned 138-year-old Domino Sugar Factory, situated along Brooklyn’s Williamsburg waterfront. Development continues at this mega project which features ultra modern structures with residential, commercial and retail space erected inside the restored brick walls of the factory.

In addition to crumbling brick and mortar at the Domino Sugar Factory, the building’s corners were cracked and separating. View 360 installed a Cintec™ anchor system to stabilize the masonry.
